Building your own unique picture of happiness: Introducing the Happiness Mastery 12-Session Package

Happiness Mastery is the transformative coaching journey that has the potential not only reshape your life, but also enhance you overall wellbeing. Weather you are looking to improve your performance at work or in sport, or improving the quality of your relationships with others or the relationship with yourself, the journey through Happiness Mastery can help you achieve it. The ultimate goal of Happiness Mastery is to enable you to cultivate happiness, fulfilment and satisfaction with life, across all areas of your life. Using a blend of psychology coaching, subconscious reconditioning and positive psychology we will go on a journey of self discovery, developing clarity and understanding of yourself and your individual life circumstances. We will also explore what it is you truly want for your life, not just what you think you want or should want, but whatever truth you hold deep down inside of yourself. We then explore why you have not yet achieved that and what is holding you back. Once we get to the root cause we can start taking action on breaking through that barrier, or healing that part of you that makes it hard for you to move forwards. The only way past it is through, and that's exactly where I will take you. And we don't stop there, once we create a breakthrough we will also create a plan and start taking action to set you on the path towards achieving everything that you want, one puzzle piece at a time. Having a breakthrough is extremely empowering, but it is when you apply that knowledge to your life and start taking action with it that you will experience the full benefits of Happiness Mastery.


Creating a Strong Foundation: The First Steps

The journey begins with a comprehensive psychological well-being assessment, meticulously designed using scientifically validated assessments to gauge various aspects of your well-being. This assessment serves as our baseline metric, allowing us to track your progress over time. We will also explore your character strengths which will arm us with our very first positive psychology tool that will help to shape your journey ahead. Aligning with your natural strengths is a great first step in understanding how to enhance the greatest parts of yourself.


Life Exploration: From Awareness to Progress

Session 1 will be approximately an hour long session. We begin with a light exploration of each area of your life, assessing your current satisfaction levels against your envisioned ideals. Together, we'll identify the priority area to address first, keeping in mind that many things in life are connected and progress in one domain often translates through to others. Here, we transition into the core of psychology coaching, delving deep to uncover any barriers obstructing your desired goals. Our primary objective: unveil the root causes impeding your progress. We'll uncover where you stand, your authentic desires, and any latent resistance you might encounter. This session serves as the compass guiding us forwards.


Shaping the Subconscious: Session 2 and Beyond

Session 2 will likely be a longer session, I would advise setting aside at least 90 minutes for this one. This session marks the transition from insights into action. Armed with the revelations from the first session, we venture into the territory of subconscious reconditioning. This process might feel a little unusual, but it is a highly effective and efficient way to shift, or completely remove, blockages, resistance and psychological obstacles that are standing in your way. With each new revelation and breakthrough we will create goals and set them in motion. once you have clarity on what to do, its really important to start taking action right away. From this point onwards we will continue to fluctuate between psychology coaching and subconscious reconditioning in a way that will be unique to you and your individual needs and desired outcomes. Along the way, we will also integrate positive psychology tools and activities to amplify your individual growth. The goal will be to cover multiple areas of your life and sky rocket you towards everything you could ever want for yourself and your life.
